About the Position

Zenith Language Solutions is looking for experienced Spanish–English Interpreters to join our remote team.
We are looking for professionals who are comfortable interpreting between Spanish and English and who can provide clear, accurate, and professional communication during calls.

Responsibilities:
- Provide consecutive interpretation between Spanish and English.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between both parties.
- Accurately convey the meaning and context of conversations.
- Handle medical, confidential information with professionalism.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain a professional and respectful communication style throughout each call.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous professional experience as a Spanish–English Interpreter.
- Strong spoken and listening skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to interpret clearly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience with telephone interpretation (OPI), video interpretation (VRI), medical interpretation, or other professional interpreting services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Remote Work Setup

To ensure a smooth experience during calls, candidates should have:
- A computer or laptop running Windows 11 or higher.
- A stable wired Internet connection (Ethernet).
- A reliable headset with microphone suitable for professional calls.
- A functional webcam when video interpretation is required.
- A quiet and private workspace suitable for professional calls.

Work Arrangement:
100% Remote
Work from anywhere in Peru.
Approximately 300 effective interpretation minutes per day.
Compensation is based on the actual minutes interpreted.

Compensation:
USD $0.10 per effective interpretation minute.
300 minutes/day × $0.10 = $30/day
Payments every 3 weeks.
Monthly earnings will depend on the total number of effective interpretation minutes completed.

Experience:
This position is intended for candidates who already have practical professional experience in Spanish–English interpretation.
