As a Marketing Automation Engineer, you will build and optimize marketing automation workflows across multiple platforms to drive engagement and efficiency. You will ensure seamless lead management and CRM integration, providing a robust technical foundation for complex marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement automated marketing workflows, including nurture sequences and lead scoring models.
• Manage and optimize the integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Build and maintain data-driven lead management processes to ensure high data quality and routing accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Monitor and analyze workflow performance to identify opportunities for optimization and increased conversion.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in building and optimizing marketing automation workflows using HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Hands-on experience with lead scoring, nurture sequences, and CRM integration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-platform marketing technology stacks and data flows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
